It’s been a while since my last art wall roundup so let’s get on it.

This is in the Dwell showroom in New York:
Aside from the art wall, I just love everything going on in this space. When I was there in November, I took this picture of the wall:
A little different but still keeping with the black, white and gold. Against that painted brick wall, I think it’s art wall perfection.

You are truly an expert when it comes to art walls, I always look here first for ideas. I can’t get past those chairs in the Dwell space.
I love gallery style art. It looks evolved and curated–perfect for that glossy brick wall!
I too love the art wall. There are sooo many images of them out there. Is there a possibility that you could post a few that DON’T work and why?? That might be a way to compare and understand.
Hi, Kate, that’s a nice idea but it would be hard. The reason is I’d have to use a photo of someone else’s house and I’d hate to criticize what someone is doing in their own home (unless they asked me to). If there are willing participants, I’d be happy to so let me know if you know of anyone!
