If you follow FTRB on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, you probably guessed that the showhouse porch project pretty much consumed my life the past few weeks. Well, it’s finally complete and the house is open for viewing! Here’s a little peek of the porch.

See the updated chandelier? I went with red in the end and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I posted a close-up yesterday on Facebook.

The project was a challenge as it is one of the quickest projects I had to design and implement. There were some “What have I gotten myself into?” moments so thank you for your support and encouragement as I worked on it.

Boxwoods just killed it on the plantings. I couldn’t have pulled this off without them.

As I said before, the interiors are drop dead gorgeous so you really must come and see the entire house.

The house is open until February 10 (remember it’s for a great cause!) and tickets can be purchased here.
