On the Road to Mandalay
It’s time! Burma, here I come!
I’ll be away for the next two weeks and I plan on checking in here when I can but internet access is going to be spotty to nonexistent so if you don’t hear from me for periods of time, you’ll know why. How wonderful! I’m looking forward to seeing your reports. I was scheduled to go last year but our trip was canceled due to low water levels on the Irwadaddy river. We ended up in the Maldives instead, which wasn’t so terrible! But we hope to remount our Burma adventure in early 2013.

I hope it works out next year. It was such a wonderful experience! And the Irrawaddy was in great shape – we had a lovely cruise on it!
