Bangkok Snapshots
Hi, everyone! I’m en route to Yangon so I’m just popping in with some snapshots from our quick stopover in Bangkok. I haven’t been to Bangkok in over 10 years but I remembered 1) the humidity 2) the great service and 3) the amazing food. Those things haven’t changed! We had just enough time to visit a floating market and do some chowing down. We missed all the celebrations for the King of Thailand’s 85th birthday last week but we did see remnants of festivities and images of him all over the city (see photo on the bottom right corner). Did you know he is the longest reigning monarch in the world? Sixty six years!
