Light Blue Settee Switcheroo
Over the weekend I decided I’m fed up with all these unfinished rooms around here and I need to take action. Are any of you like me and can let something go forever then one day just decide you can’t take it anymore? Well, I still haven’t found the lavender velvet I want for the settee and I’m fed up so I’m considering ditching the idea altogether and going with my original idea of light blue. It’s probably my favorite pairing with orange anyway.

I think it’s a sign. I’m off to look at more fabric today and whatever I find first, that’s what it’s going to be! I’m over it, I tell you.

Ally, you’ve made my purchase of an 19th Century Victorian Chesterfield in light blue seem all the more sweeter! I’m not typically a blues kind of girl but you’ve helped me turn the corner. Looking forward to reading what you discover in fabrics, light blue of course! Cheers x

Light blue is a classic. Both masculine and romantic, and it takes on different personalities with different accent colors… I support your decision!

I hate to be the lone dissenter, but I like the idea and the look of the lavender/purple settee. Sorry! If my husband would let me get away with it, a lavender velvet sofa would be in our living room! Ha! Fat chance of that happening!
