Today’s Crush: John Derian Marble Plates for Astier de Villatte
I recently saw these new plates by John Derian for Astier de Villatte and it was love at first sight.
There are two sizes and I would love a set of the smaller ones to use as dessert plates. It’d be hard to choose so I think one of each would be nice. Aren’t they beautiful?
I discovered Astier de Villatte recently (via Caitlin Flemming!) and am kind of obsessed! These John Derian marble versions are over the top! Love it.
Aren’t they the best? I have loved everything of theirs for as long as I can remember. If you’re obsessed now, you must get yourself to their store in Paris one of these days. I die every time I go in there!

Isn’t that one of the laws of the universe? I love them but they’re a tad expensive for what I know is just a crush so I think we’ll both just admire them from afar.
