Cozy Elegance at Hotel Seven One Seven, Amsterdam
Amsterdam’s Hotel Seven One Seven really strikes a cord with me right now because I’m craving all things cozy these days. I think it has to do with the season.
That fireplace and overstuffed bookcase are so inviting. I also love all the shades of blue used throughout the hotel. Aren’t the color and details of this door to die for:
I used to spend a lot of time in Amsterdam but never came across this hotel until recently. Hey, I can’t always be on the cutting edge! Ha!
I’m loving everything in this room -Â the stripped wide plank floors, fireplace, wall color, small pieces of art and the crazy table:
It reminds me of some prehistoric creature. I love it!
I swear I’m going to paint a wall dark blue like this one of these days:
The white desk against it is just perfect.
A nice navy blue was used in the pretty outdoor space too:

What a beautiful hotel and love the dark color of the room…adds such drama!!
That does look cozy! The second I saw that blue wall, I thought I need to find a space for that in my house!
That table looks like it would creep up after you when your back was turned!
