Today’s Crush: Green Chesterfields
I know I’ve told you a million times how I love Chesterfields. But have I told you how much I love green Chesterfields?
I recently helped a client pull a couple of rooms together in her house and she had a pair of green Chesterfield style armchairs in her office/den kind of like this one:
They totally made the room and ever since then I keep spotting them everywhere. Here are some of my favorites.
I don’t know if this one is actually green but it’s close enough:
I like them almost as much as the yellow one! Only if I had room for one …..

I am so with you.. a cheserfield is trumped up when its green but then again I am really partial to green leather especially dark green..fabulous!

Agreed green especially the right shade of green is one of those colors that adds a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ to a room

Loving a good Chesterfield, green or otherwise. Perhaps my fave is still the timeless cognac colour, but I like them worn and pre-loved like a favourite glove.

I love love love green chesterfield sofas! I found one on a UK craigslist once for $700 and it was perfect and antique and lovely. But, unfortunately, it was in the UK, and I was not…I still daydream about that couch! That second sofa is gorgeous.
