Chandelier Picks for the Dining Room

Well, that string pendant DIY project is not looking so good. It’s not 100% dead so stay tuned for the results.

In happier news, I think I’ve found some lights that may work in the dining room. They all come in different finishes like bronze, silver, nickel, etc. so you’ll have to imagine them in different colors.

Breck 12 Light from Arteriors is my current favorite.

Venetian 16 Light from Circa is a close second.

Reed Eight Light from Circa is nice and simple.

Double Twist Five Light from Circa is the oddball of the bunch.

What do you think?

I really love the first one. The lines of it are just beautiful. I was also looking forward to your DIY light. Maybe you can hang it somewhere else in your house if it doesn’t come out dining room worthy.

    Ally,
Loving the last one. Don’t think it’s oddball at all!

Sorry to hear about your diy. If I had a nickel for every cool project I attempted that didn’t work out…. LOL

Post a picture of the dining room in your next post so I can visualize the chandelier over the table. Btw, the lamp that i emailed you would be a tough one for my 2 year old too. it’s not 1st dibs, Arteriors.

    Thanks for your opinions!

linda, J and Kristen: I plan on posting it when it’s done – it just may not be pretty!

Libby: The room isn’t very big and about 9′ ceilings.

angela: Yes, a very slim chance.

designchic and eyeseepretty: By oddball I meant not like the others, not that it is odd. :)

    sara barosso: Lamp? I didn’t get any email . . . .

Lissa: Yes, I know the one – it’s by Moooi. It may be an option if I like how the DIY one looks in the space.
