Very Busy & Gorgeous
I obviously have a thing for walls with lots of things tacked to them. I think this may be the prettiest one of all. (The blue sofa may have something to do with it too.)

Remember the busy wall from a couple of months ago? I’m still loving that one, too.
It’s a short post today but I’m also making my monthly appearance at Seattle Homes & Lifestyles where I’m discussing something else on my mind lately: piping. I’ll meet some of you over there!
(Photo: Sorry, I can’t remember the source. If you know, please let me know.)

exquisite wall, what fun!

I get your deep interest in these sort of walls. Pls. share all of your thoughts on piping:-)
I’d like to have a place like this where guests would get happily stuck. But I don’t think I over-do very well, this takes talent.

Love the busy wall!!! I’m constantly rotating things…as I can’t put up everything at once on my magnetic board. Just like always moving the furniture around and changing out my pillows!!! I just can’t stop!

That sofa is amazing. Makes me think of Emily Henderson’s vintage velvet sofa in deep blue. Love it!

It’s lovely – it actually reminds me of the charming Victorian cottage style (lovely old postcards and notes pinned up on floral wallpaper)- not the heavy, fussy victorian though! The color theme, the predominance of red and blue, really makes it work beautifully.

That’s what I call a statement wall.
It is a Eijffinger wallpaper for PiP (2008/2009 collection). They also have many other lovely ones, one of my favourites is the one on the top: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2341/2966919427_8f5623ac7c_o.jpg
