A Chesterfield has been at the top of my wish list for as long as I can remember…one day.
When I think of Chesterfields, I always think of them as dark and heavy and have never been a huge fan. But this is just lovely.
I hear you! Just showed a couple of Chesterfield sofas in my last post. Impossible to go wrong with that classic style. And yellow makes it both classic and edgy. Fun!

I’ve a crush on this chesterfield and funny enough I went to pick up a few fabric samples to do a mood board and my pick colour was yellow!

Yellow makes it fun and edgy. Especially love the one in the Anthro pic – a deeper more mustardy (word invention.. ) shade. Gorgeous!!

If heaven were a sofa, it would be that one- love the yellow, love the tufting and love the rolled arms- it’s just buttery and pretty.

Oh gracious! This sofa is in the window of our Anthro @ South Park in Charlotte. I NEED IT! I even asked the salesgirl if I accidentally sat on it with a Sharpi in my back pocket would they mark it down as damaged? I pet it every time I go to the mall. The little girl that’s usually at the front door just giggles at me now. I think it needs a little blemish and a sale tag

Fab. We have a chesterfield that still has its original fabric! but it is getting so so worn. I really want to get it reupholstered but as the kids love sitting on it, I would then have to turn into a nagging mum as it would get ruined so am putting it off while they grow up a little! – or until I win the lottery and can afford to transform the garage into my den and put my newly upholstered chesterfield in there!
Tufting is such a wonderful thing.
