I am so excited to be guest blogging for Ally! This is Christina from greige and My Sparrow. Ally asked me to blog about my favorite design trend and I have to say that my current favorite is the natural eclectic mix that I keep seeing out there. I love the soft edges of natural and worn pieces with everything mixed in! The impact can be made with a small accessory detail or something more dominant like wall texture. I love the feeling of spaces that look like the evolved over time, that have a history to them and feel lived in.
The walls in here are amazing!
The tables in these space make the other pieces seem so much more relaxed and not so simple.

Great choice! Lately, I am really loving the look of weathered wood pieces in an otherwise chic and modern room. It gives the room warmth and some "realness."

Couldn't agree more! Love this look as well… which is probably why Greige is one of my all time favourite blogs, Christina chooses some of the most inspirational images – absolutely stunning spaces.
