Today’s Crush: Lizzie Allen + Guest Blogging at Seattle Homes Magazine

Lizzie Allen‘s wallpapers with scenes of London are just so fun and as someone who’s developed a big case of anglomania in recent years, I like them more and more every time I see them.

And I just saw this adorable pillow with her royal guards pattern for sale at Liberty:

Add this to the list of things I do not need or have room for.

In other news, I’m really excited to tell you that I’ve been invited to be a regular guest blogger at Design Dish, the blog of Seattle Homes Magazine.

Starting today, I’ll be writing a monthly post so I hope to see some of you over there!

Congratulations on your new blogging gig – I will definitely be checking it out.

The London wallpaper is whimsical and cute.

Fabulous, congratulations!! And yes, I completely relate to your comment about adding to the list of things you don't have room for or need. I once had a client who said, "I can like it without having to have it", for some reason that comment made a lasting impact on me.

I also love Lizzie Allen's prints — the wallpaper would be fabulous in a kids' bath, don't you think? And I love that you can now they the prints on a smaller scale in the form of pillows….but yeah, don't really "need" those either! :)

Thanks, everybody! It'll be fun to keep up in touch with Seattle in this way.

Maria: Oh, I'm jealous. I was supposed to go last week but I had to cancel my trip. Boo!

Janell: That's very wise. I need to keep repeating that to myself!

Congrat's Ally – I love Seattle Homes Magazine & have purchased subscriptions for gifts and for myself in the past. What a thrill to write for their blog. Second – you write today about my second love, Lizzie Allen's work. I've bookmarked her website for a while now & adore her patterns. Would love to have a powder room or laundry room with her paper. Count me in on following along @ Design Dish.

    Cheers x
