Orange Crush: Beds

Welcome to the third installment of Orange Crush, a monthly collaboration between Down and Out Chic and From the Right Bank to the Left Coast.
Today for your viewing pleasure, I have orange beds. Orange is not what I’d call a go-to color for a bed but here are some good examples of why it certainly could be.
See? I especially love the last room. It’s just so fresh. And at Down and Out Chic today, Christina is featuring orange photography. How cool is that? So if you haven’t been there already, be sure to hop on over and have a look.

touches of orange keep us cheery. that front door in the post below, how fun is that? and all of this bedding you’ve featured today. i’d climb in and there would be a big fat happy smile on my face being surrounded by all of that orange. bliss.

Oh I love the pop of the white and orange combo. BTW, you mysteriously dropped out of my follower/feeder. It was so sad, but has been corrected.

You are sort of right – it’s not necessarily an obvious go-to colour for bed, but it really works, particularly in the first pic.

I have a burnt orange wall color in my formal living room that I am thinking needs to go. But then I just read in a leading Swedish design magazine about how orange is coming back strong. And now seeing your post, I am thinking I am actually ahead of the game! Haha! OX, Mon
