October To Do List And September Recap

Can you believe tomorrow is October already?? September turned out to be a complete whirlwind and I had no time for anything so I’m kind of scared to visit my monthly to do list but here goes:

SEPTEMBER TO DO LIST

1. Organize important documents and papers. [Nope. Still didn't get to this one. You were right, Jane!]

2. Organize pantry. I just can’t seem to keep it neat. Am I the only one?

3. Organize vanity drawers; toss old makeup.

4. Organize master bathroom drawers.

5. Organize travel toiletries. Prepare a set ready to go.

6. Organize office supplies.

Yikes. 50%. That’s not very good now, is it? Oh well, all I can do is try again next month. So as usual, the unfinished items go to the top of the list:

OCTOBER TO DO LIST

1. Organize important documents and papers.

2. Organize vanity drawers; toss old makeup.

3. Organize office supplies.

4. Clean garage.

5. Take donations to Salvation Army.

6. Organize coat closet.

And in other news this month, I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that I have been nominated for a Love This Site Award from Divine Caroline.     Hi Alek. Sorry to be so right all the time! You will probably find that your important papers are mostly just for filing so it should take no time at all to do!! There you go, some encouragement. Or what about, do it, then give yourself a little treat?

    Well, you've gotten more accomplished than I have. That's for sure. So give yorself a gentle pat on the back! :0) September was an absolute whirlwind! Where did it go?

    In other news,I finally committed to your Summer (ha!) "Style in One Picture" challenge. Took me long enough don't you think? Might have to scoot it over to the Fall edition. Check it out and tell me what you think!

    Rock on with the self promotions, you deserve it for working so hard! That's how I think of it..haha Anyway, Good Luck with the new list, I LOVE to make lists, I'm just not very good at doing anything on them…I'm working on it!

    hey alek, I managed to do #3 on your September list. I hate how powder makeup has a not pleasant smell after so many months. Mine was a year old and all had to be tossed. Makeup is worse than herbs — I never can use it up before it goes bad! September sure flew by..

    Organizing paper work is the pits, but has to be done. I always have my clients set small bits of time aside each week and reward themselves when finish (spa day, movie night, etc.). You will be soooo happy when you have checked off your list.

    Just voted for you :) . This is exciting! I'm really far behind on my "to do" list too. Hopefully my October will be more constructive, although it's so difficult not to be distracted by the beautiful fall weather. I just want to be outside!
