Black And White Perfection By Nacho Polo
Are you all familiar with Nacho Polo? I may be late to the game here but he and his work are totally new to me. I love seeing spaces I haven’t seen before so I was jumping up and down when I came across this house he designed. I think you’ll see from the photos why.

Oh my Alek, Gorgeous and simply divine! I love everything about these photos and I would live there in a heartbeat. The first image is perfect! The old and new all in one room is to die for. The black leather clad bergère chair and the Eero Aarnio Ball chair sitting side by side is stunning!
Now this the way to start a day…Pow!

That's really beautiful, esp the first image. A teensy bit reminiscent of Vicente Wolf maybe with the frames, and the contrasting antique v mid century pieces and lots of white? But perhaps less cluttered, which I prefer.

Absolutely love it, especially the white frames in the hall…..the only part I'm not so in love with is the '60's(?)pod-type chair…probably because I was there first time round…it's reminding me how old I am !!!! XXXX

Ha! I can't get past that great name, "Nacho Polo!" The interiors are lovely and the space itself…spectacular. I love the idea of all that white, but I just don't know how real families can live like this. Still, one can dream…

I like this In Spite of the fact that I DETEST when people paint old vintage wood flooring white.
You want to paint wood floors, lay down some cheapo floor on top of it so it's not destroyed for all time.
Aside from that major pet peeve of mine, it's beautiful.

That's such an effective blend of opulence and simplicity. Very classy and perfectly executed. I think my subconscious self would yearn to fill the frames, but I hugely admire them in theory.

He’s new to me too but I love what he has done here with this monochrome look. I love the way that he has used books to add colour to the living room and the white frames in the hall are very cool.

Oh I aspire to this sort of perfection and then I go home and see that I'm so so far from it!
RE: Toast – I just ordered some grey marl merino gloves… a gesture to the grey flannel bedding that I'm saving up for (it's nearly £100 just for the duvet cover, but I can only imagine how cosy that must be!)

I love the combination of modern furnishings with a traditional interior — the fact that the interior is white washed to create such a stark contrast with the furniture is really breahtaking. May be a bit too museum-like for me to feel comfortable living there, but it sure makes for some stunning photos.
