Cut a striped rug into a zebra shape.

Wouldn't that be cool?

(p.s. I liked the double up rugs, at least for a summer thing.)

Well, I think the people have spoken! Thank you all for your input. I knew I could count on you. I think the zebra will go solo (which is how it was before).

For all you anti-zebra people: I hear you. It's one of those love it or hate it things. God knows I have a lot of those!

Good idea, but maybe a tad too much. Maybe just the zebra rug, keeps things a bit different. Of course, the bottom one looks good too. I like the look, just not "wild" about it. Har. Har. Har. And yes, the floor is beautiful!

hmmmmmm. nope i can't get on board with both.
I like the zebra by itself under the table because of the organic shape. I think a bold graphic rug might be distracting from the bold graphic set up of the table and chairs. Especially one with a lot of white and black in it. More especially two of them.

maybe no rug?

I'm of the school of no rugs under dining tables after being scolded by a friend from Israel who just didn't get the whole rug thing.

You'll just spill food on it! She kept saying.
